The Mosmatic 55.220 DYW Swivel is a precision-engineered swivel made for high-pressure, self-rotating applications such as wall cleaners, parts washers, and automated spray systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with stainless steel internal components, this swivel ensures long-lasting durability in harsh and demanding environments.
Equipped with a triple bearing system - featuring two radial ball bearings and one thrust ball bearing - it delivers smooth, stable rotation under high loads. A carbide seal system provides exceptional sealing capability and extended service life. The integrated flange makes installation fast and secure, while its compact design handles pressures up to 5000 PSI, speeds up to 2000 RPM, and temperatures up to 250°F.
