The Mosmatic WDG Swivel 40.019 is a compact, high-performance swivel specifically designed for use with Mosmatic ceiling booms and other high-pressure systems. Crafted from nickel-plated brass, this swivel is engineered to resist corrosion and wear in demanding environments. It features a sliding bearing for smooth rotational movement and an O-ring NBR seal for dependable leak resistance. Designed without a snap ring, it integrates seamlessly with Mosmatic ceiling boom assemblies. With 3/8" NPTF inlet to G1/4" male outlet, it supports 4000 psi, 30 RPM, and 250°F, making it a reliable choice for pressure control and flexibility.

trying to return it and the return link y'all sent is incorrect i called and emailed you guys for help to return item still no response

Upon investigation we see where you did submit a request to return the product and instructions were sent to you via email. These instructions state to package the item and send it back to us at our 1000 N Horner Blvd Sanford NC 27330 location. Upon receipt we would process your return minus the applicable restocking fee. As the item was not packaged and sent back your return ticket is still pending and waiting for you to send the item back.

As such I will ask that you please proceed with packaging the item and sending it back to us at the location provided. Once received we will gladly process your return request per the policies posted.
